I'm back, after a brief hiatus, that's no secret.
People choose to not even share their secrets with their dearest friends and relatives, as briefly
touched on in an earlier post; however, I still can't provide all such answers, but I'll try. Maybe
that's why authors write and release books?, to let the world know their secrets and intimate
thoughts, even through the creative and literary process. Books have been, and hopefully will
continue to be the key outlet which even a struggling writer like myself is setting goals and a
future, of which I don't know, no one does, not even psychics and such fortune tellers. Diaries
and journals can even be the predecessor for every successful author's future; for instance,
successful people, including celebrities; continue to have their lives documented in biographies,
memoirs and even autobiographies; and many of these books become bestsellers because they
pique so many ordinary people's interests. What leads these professionals to their many years of
success including outstanding achievements? Such books undoubtedly will continue to be
written and published in the present and future by digital means only perhaps, but AI is putting a
stranglehold on society the likes of which we have never seen before, something to keep in mind,
and that's definitely no secret. The human mind of course is a springboard to all types of creativity,
not only in writing, however; keeping a diary is still very different from the traditional form of
writing, which dates back hundreds, even thousands of years with ancient hieroglyphics being
discovered in the ruins of Egypt and other notable locations around the world, even in caves.
Secrets and their places are one in the same, however; deciding what to write in a diary/journal is
completely up to the person who owns this most personal of all items in one's life. From what I've
learned in my 52+ years, children are usually those who keep diaries to help express themselves in
their early years daily, as to their hidden feelings ideas, thoughts, etc. The personalization and
secrecy of a diary is key to this book's success, or its failure, if it falls into the wrong hands.
Such consequences are devastating and permanent usually to whomever else with evil intentions
is reading or choosing to read one's deepest and even darkest of thoughts and emotions.
I shall leave it at that for now, until next time, to be continued; and that indeed is no secret, later.
